2012년 창간된 후로 지난 10년간 우리들교회에서 수많은 사람을 살리고, 깨어진 가정을 중수하며, 교회를 부흥시킨 말씀묵상지 《큐티인》이 2018년 1·2월 호부터 서점에서 판매되고 있습니다.

Ever since its first issue published in 2012, QTin devotional series, dedicated to reviving churches, restoring families and saving people’s lives starting from Wooridle Church in Seoul, South Korea, have been distributed for the past decade.

《큐티인》은 큐티엠(큐티선교회)에서 지난 2012년에 창간했던 말씀묵상지입니다. 구속사적 본문해설과 60여 명의 평신도가 집필한 묵상간증 및 다양한 읽을거리를 담은 《큐티인》은 그동안 우리들교회 성도들을 위한 묵상지로 격월간 발행되었으나 해외를 비롯한 외부 정기구독자의 수가 매년 급속히 증가함에 따라 2018년 1,2월 호부터 ‘큐티인 시리즈 4종’을 전국 서점에 시판하게 된 것입니다.

QTin, full of diverse inspiring contents and testimonies of 60 ordinary christian believers every two months, is a bible devotional magazine that QTM first published in 2012. It was originally targeted to the congregation of Wooridle Church, but with the drastic increase of subscribers even from abroad, we have started the official distribution of our devotional magazines in secular bookstores too.

또한 큐티엠(큐티선교회)에서는 장년에서부터 청소년, 어린이, 영유아에 이르기까지 모든 세대가 한 말씀으로 날마다 묵상하는 것을 돕기 위해 2013년에는 《청소년 큐티인》을, 2014년에는 초등학생을 위한 《어린이 큐티인》을 차례로 창간한 바 있으며, 여기에도 청소년과 어린이 필자들의 생생한 묵상간증이 실려 있습니다. 그리고 2016년 1월에는 미취학 아동을 위한 《새싹 큐티인》을 창간하여 전 세대가 같은 말씀으로 묵상하도록 돕고 있습니다. 더불어 영어권에 있는 해외 독자들의 수요가 점점 늘어남에 따라 2019년 9월에는 영문판 《QTin》이 eBook으로 발간되었고, 2020년 1월부터는 종이책으로도 발간되고 있습니다.

Furthermore, to facilitate the bible meditation through all generations with a same reading every day, QTin Teens and QTin Kids are published in 2013 and 2014 with honest testimonies of our kids and teenager readers provided. Lastly but not least, QTin Sprouts for preschoolers was launched completing the full line up of our devotional series. In addition, as the number of foreign readers have been increasing as well, QTin English started its first issue in ebook format September 2019 which naturally led to the its very first printed copy in January 2020.

다음은 2000년에 큐티선교회(QTM, Quiet Time Movement)를 설립해 말씀묵상을 통해 한 영혼을 구원하고, 가정을 중수하며, 교회를 새롭게 하기 위한 운동을 펼쳐나가고 있는 김양재 목사가 큐티인 시리즈를 서점에 내놓으며 발행인 칼럼을 통해 밝힌 글입니다.

Below are the publisher’s notes from Rev. Yangjae Kim who has started QTM(Quiet Time Movement) to save souls, revive churches and reconcile broken families with Bible meditation movement.

제가 큐티를 시작한 것은 1980년 말이에요. 하나님은 큐티 교재를 통해 조용히 말씀을 묵상하는 방법을 알려주셨고, 큐티하며 인생의 방향이 또 한 번 바뀌었어요. 말씀으로 본 저의 더러움과 욕심, 고난의 과정을 사람들과 나누게 된 것이죠. 큐티하며 말씀이 마음에 가득해지니 사역의 경계도 넓어졌어요. 하나님은 큐티를 통해 “영혼을 구원하고, 가정을 지키고, 교회를 새롭게 하라”라는 사명을 주시며 ‘큐티선교회’와 ‘우리들교회’를 세우셨죠. 그리고 2012~2016년까지 《큐티인》, 《청소년 큐티인》, 《어린이 큐티인》, 미취학 아동을 위한 《새싹 큐티인》까지 펴내게 하셔서 온 가족이 한 말씀으로 묵상할 수 있게 되었어요. 《큐티인》은 펴낸 지 얼마 되지 않았지만, 예수님과 복음이 중심이 되는 해설과 간증으로 수많은 영혼을 살리고, 가정을 회복시키고, 교회를 다시 일으켰어요. 《큐티인》은 이제 전국 서점으로 나아가요. 이 땅에서 하나님을 믿는 사람들과 말씀 안에서 매일 만날 수 있게 되어 특히 감사해요. 하나님이 《큐티인》을 통해 믿는 그 한 사람, 가정, 교회 회복의 열매를 보여주셨듯 이제는 한국의 모든 하나님을 믿는 사람, 가정, 교회가 풍성히 열매 맺길 기도해요. 어큐 친구들도 저와 같이 큐티하고 기도해서 겨자씨만 한 믿음으로 놀라운 일을 행하는 한 해를 보내길 바라요.

I started my QT(Quiet Time) in 1980. The Lord taught me to meditate on God’s Word with him in silence through my bible devotion book and that dramatically changed the direction of my life. It brought me to share my greed, sufferings and sinfulness with the believers around me. And as the word of God started to fill my heart every day, the span of my ministry has become wider and wider. I would say it is my God-given mission to “save souls, reconcile families and revive his churches” so He has found and led Wooridle Church and QTM Publishing House until today. It has been his work that we could launch QTin devotional series from 2012 to 2016 so all generation can meditate on the same bible passage every day. QTin series have a short history but these books have been reconciling churches, families and lost souls with Jesus Christ with the testimonies and devotions of the Gospel and Jesus Christ. Now, QTin series are reaching out to the bookstores all around the country. I’m especially thankful to be able to encounter the believers in His Word every day. As God has exposed his work to restore people’s lives, families and churches through this devotional, I pray that the distribution of QTin can result in fruitfulness of our readers‘ faith in Him. So, QTin kids! I want to encourage you to do QT and pray with me so you can witness the wonder of mustard seed this year!

《어린이 큐티인》은 초등학교 전 학년 (1~6학년) 어린이를 대상으로 하는 격월간 큐티지입니다. 매일 넘어졌다 일어났다를 반복하는 아이들이지만, 《어린이 큐티인》을 친구 삼아 자기 마음속에 있는 죄와 중독, 상처(scar)를 고백하고 적용함으로써 악하고 음란한 이 세대에서 하나님 나라의 별(star)들로 자라갈 수 있도록 도와줍니다.

is a monthly magazine aimed for the kids of 9 to 13 (elementary level) This devotional book helps the readers grow as a star of the kingdom of God in the midst the evil and adulterous generation by confessing the sins, obsessions and scars and applying the Word to their lives.

주일 공과 활동, ‘우리 함께 큐득큐득’

주중 성경말씀 가운데 하나를 선정하여 공과 활동 형식으로 진행할 수 있게 하는 <우리 함께 큐득큐득>은 교회 소그룹 또는 가정에서 함께 모여 말씀을 이해하며 자신을 돌아볼 수 있도록 돕습니다. 2022년부터는 이해를 돕고자 매 활동에 맞춘 일러스트를 추가했습니다.

책 속으로

큐티를 하면 하나님이 항상 저와 함께해 주시는 것이 느껴져요. 매일 말씀을 함께 보면서 아이들이 자연스럽게 성경 이야기를 알게 되고, 하나님을 최우선으로 여기는 모습을 보게 되니 참 감사해요. 또 자녀와 부모가 말씀을 통해 서로의 연약함을 나누고 기도할 수 있는 것도 큰 은혜지요. 큐티를 규칙적인 습관으로 만들어 주는 게 중요한 것 같아요. 어릴 때부터 당연히 해야 하는 것으로 여기게 해 주었어요. 여행이나 할머니 댁에 갈 때도 큐티책을 챙겨 가서 한답니다. (박홍우 부모님)

As we read God’s word together every day, we are so thankful that our children have come to know Bible stories and have learned to put God first. It is also such a gift that parents and children can share their hard times and pray for one another through the word. We think it’s important to make QT a daily habit. “I love doing QT with my dad. But lately, my dad has been traveling a lot for work and hasn’t been feeling well, so we don’t get to spend that time together as much. I felt a little sad doing it alone. But then I read that God wrote down the names of everyone who came back with Ezra, one by one, and it gave me strength (v. 1). God remembers every single person in my family — he doesn’t forget anyone. Now, even when I do QT alone, I want to pray for my dad and be a help to him.” (Chung Jisu, 7 years old)

“When I feel sad or have a hard time, I think of God and pray. But when I feel happy and things are going well, I tend to forget about him. Not long ago, when I was having so much fun at an amusement park, I didn’t think about God at all. But David did not forget God even when he was living peacefully without worries (v. 1). From now on, I want to remember God whether I am happy or sad. I will do QT every morning and be a child who makes God happy.” (Yerin Choi, 9 years old)
